Keeping Atlanta Warm
2019 - Present
In 2019 TCF hosted the first Keeping Atlanta Warm event after the AJC released that a record number of 58 people died of hyperthermia within the perimeter during the winter of 2018. Our goal was to bring the community together surrounding donating garments, coats, jackets, hats etc. With the help of Brother Moto, Five Daughters Bakery, Ok Yaki, Second Self, and 10 of our best volutneers TCF brought in over 600 pieces and served over 350 people throughout metro Atlanta.

Keeping Atlanta Clean
2018 - Present
In 2018 TCF began the mission of preparing sanitation kits for people in need throughout the city. Our kits were specified via male & female hygienic needs. We did this as a symbol of dignity giving people what they needed to feel decent despite the circumstances. During covid this became prioritized need nationally. TCF with the help of Adidas help provide thousands of people with masks, sanitizer, soap, and kits.
Standing Against Hunger
2019 - Present
2019 kicked off TCF's first "Standing Against Hunger" Initiative. A seasonal event bringing people together to raise canned food for local shelters and pantries during low pantry seasons. With the help of Five Daughters, Second Self, Brother Moto, and our volunteers TCF was able to collect over 200 canned meals and 1,000 canned produce over a three day span.

"Another part of our mission at DCC was to remind everyone within reach that there was someone somewhere thinking about them."
Bi-monthly our wonderful volunteers would come together to prepare messages for those receiving aid and service by TCF and DCC. This simple opportunity in union gave people a means to feel connected and appreciated through a good cause.

Teen Wellness Initiative
2020 - Present
TCF's core program is the Teen Wellness initiative, which is centered around combating food insecurity and it's effects on the mental health of students and families across the nation. With the help of our volunteers, cooperative schools, and local restaurants, TCF was able to provide well balanced meals per 5,000 families during the pandemic. With the support of our industry TCF was then able to conduct a successful period of research and development concluding a proactive program schools can adapt to eliminate hunger and relieve financial stress for students and families in need.

Community Gatherings
2020 - Present
Prior to the quarantine mandate, TCF began hosting events where registered nurses, mothers and fathers, teachers, counselors, and community agents would come together in alignment to discuss ways to productively serve students, families, and communities throughout the state of Georgia. Together we founded TWI resulting in the incredible impact made during the pandemic. Today TCF continues this legacy through our sponsors nation-wide.
