Equipment
What are your price-points for roasters and espresso machines? Plus

Prices range from $6,000 to $40,000 USD. A detailed pricing breakdown is provided to all members at the start of each year, as well as to new members and interested partners during our initial meeting.

Are you located in every state? Plus

No. We currently operate in 15 states across the United States. Our expansion within each state is strategically paced based on collaboration with local shops and school systems. A full list of states where we will have an active presence in 2026 will be released in January 2026.

What is the deadline to join in 2026? Plus

The deadline to become a member in 2026 is March 31, 2026

When is my equipment expected to be delivered? Plus

Equipment is expected to ship directly to your shop by the end of Q1 2026. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the manufacturer.

What manufacturing companies are you working with? Plus

We will offer a wide range of options from many of the industry’s leading espresso machine and roaster brands. An official announcement of our partner brands will be released in January 2026.

Grants 
What is the starting range for grants awarded? Plus

Grants start at $5,000. Award amounts are determined based on our annual budget, organizational performance, and the specific needs outlined in each qualifying company’s request.

Does hosting an event guarantee me a grant? Plus

No, membership does not guarantee a grant award. However, we do not accept more members than we are capable of supporting through our grant program. Our mission is carried out through our members, and we are committed to ensuring that those who represent us within their communities receive the support they need.

Where are you receiving your money from? Plus

Our funding comes from federal and private grants and the sale of products that directly support our mission.

What are your annual events associated with your grant program? Plus

All members of staff are required to adhere to financial privacy standards concerning confidential information related to funding, grants, and equipment provided to our members and clients. This includes:
